Rule-based trading software
Velmirex Tech AI: you write the rules, your broker holds the money
VelmirexTechAI trading software places orders only inside the limits you set: how much to risk on a trade, where to stop, and when to halt. It is free to join. Your money stays with a licensed broker, never with us.

Trading carries a high risk of losing money, including all of it.

What is VelmirexTechAI? What it is, and what it is not
The "AI" in our name is branding. The software follows rules you write. It does not forecast prices or learn from your trades. Our company's legal name contains the word Quantum, and the software does not use quantum computing.
What it is
- Software that sizes and places orders inside your limits
- A halt switch you can press at any time
- Free to join, with the costs written out
What it is not
- A broker, bank or financial adviser
- A holder of your money
- A source of tips, signals or promised results
Who is behind it, and how we are paid, is on the About page.
Rules in, orders out
How VelmirexTechAI works: rules in, orders out
You write the limits once. When a rule you wrote is met, the software sizes the order to your risk limit and sends it to your executing broker, which fills and clears it.
Example rules
- Risk per trade
- 2%
- Stop-loss
- 0.30% away
- Open positions
- 3 at most
- Halt
- 1 click
Illustrative, not live data, not a prediction.
Is VelmirexTechAI a crypto platform?
No. It is software, not an exchange or a wallet, and it never holds your coins or money. Crypto CFDs, where a licensed broker offers them and the law allows, carry extra risk, and only the broker would provide them.

What it costs, in a plain table
Nothing is hidden in the software price, because there is none. The real costs sit with the broker, and the broker's own schedule is the final word.

Said plainly
How you can lose money with CFD trading software
Most retail CFD accounts lose money. Software does not change that; it only makes your own decisions run faster.
- Gearing magnifies losses as well as gains.
- Spreads are paid on every trade, win or lose.
- Gaps and slippage can fill a stop far from where you set it.
- Rules fail. A rule that fitted the past can break on new data.
- Outages can delay or miss orders.
Each broker must publish the share of its retail accounts that lose money on CFDs. Each broker's figure is in the table further down. See the full Risk Disclosure.
Recovery chart
Educational, not a forecastOn £10,000, a 20% loss leaves £8,000. Getting back to £10,000 then needs a gain of £2,000 on that smaller balance.
Plain arithmetic: gain needed = loss ÷ (100% − loss). Fees and spreads make real recovery harder.
See the numbers as a table
| Loss | Gain needed to get back to even |
|---|---|
| 10% | 11.1% |
| 20% | 25% |
| 30% | 42.9% |
| 40% | 66.7% |
| 50% | 100% |
| 60% | 150% |
| 75% | 300% |
| 90% | 900% |

Velmirex Tech AI is rule-based trading software. You write the rules: how much to risk on a trade, where to place the stop, and when to halt. The software then places orders only inside those rules. The "AI" in the name is branding, not a description: it follows your written rules, it does not predict prices, and it promises no result.
You enter your limits once. When a rule you wrote is met, the software sizes the order to your risk limit and sends it to your executing broker, which fills and clears it. You can press Halt Execution at any time to stop new orders. Positions that are already open stay with the broker.
Never Velmirex Tech AI. Client money is held by the executing broker for your country, in client accounts under that broker's licence. The broker for each country, with its licence number and a link to the public register, is in the broker table.
The software and sign-up cost £0. You pay trading costs to the broker, mainly the spread on each trade, and any fees in its schedule, such as overnight financing. Velmirex Tech AI is paid by brokers, not by you. See "How are you paid?" below.
Registering takes no deposit. Opening an account with the broker needs a deposit from $250 AUD (or £250 GBP / €250 EUR / $250 CAD / $250 NZD / $250 SGD). It is your own money and it is at risk.
You request a withdrawal with your broker. The broker reviews it within 24 business hours and funds usually clear in 1 to 3 business days. We add no lock-up, hold-back or withdrawal fee. The broker's own terms govern, and they apply only once you have an account.
It depends on the broker and your country. Some brokers protect retail clients from negative balances, some do not, and a stop-loss can fill at a worse price than the one you set. You can certainly lose all of your deposit. Ask the broker how it protects you before you deposit anything.
Through gearing, which magnifies losses as well as gains; through spreads paid on every trade; through slippage past a stop; through rules that worked in the past and fail on new data; through software or connection outages; and through changing your own limits after a win. Most retail CFD accounts lose money.
Our website uses TLS 1.3, the form is rate-limited and checked on our server, and records are kept outside the public web folder. We ask only for your name, email address and phone number, never passwords, bank details or identity documents. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect as little as we can. See the Privacy Policy.
Tax depends on your country and circumstances, and we cannot give tax advice. Keep your own records of deposits, withdrawals and results, and speak to a qualified tax adviser before you trade.
Velmirex Tech AI is a software vendor and marketing affiliate. We receive rebates and referral fees from partner brokers, which creates a conflict of interest you should weigh. You pay us nothing for the software. The About page explains it in full.
An adjective proves nothing, so check things yourself. Our operating company, Quantum Software Technologies Ltd, is registered in England and Wales under company number 14209581, and the register is a click away. Joining costs nothing, we ask for no deposit, and we promise no profit. Our review page is published by us and is not independent, and it says so.
You do not need to write code. You do need to understand what you are doing, because trading CFDs is complex and most retail accounts lose money. If you cannot explain what a stop-loss does and what a bad fill costs, use the calculator and the recovery chart on this page first, and start with an amount you can lose.
Only two addresses are ours: velmirextechai.co.uk and app.velmirextechai.co.uk. The Log in link in the header leads to the second. We never ask for your password, a code or a payment by email, phone or message, and we never ask you to install remote-access software. Anything else, on any extension, is not us.
Whether you can use the service depends on where you are. Access is restricted in some countries, and the list may change. Where trading is offered, it is offered only through an executing broker licensed for your country. If we cannot offer you the service, you will not be able to reach the site or join the list.
Email [email protected]. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 business hours, and the Contact page explains what to include. Complaints about a trade or an account may also need to go to your broker and, where one applies, its ombudsman or dispute scheme.
